Privacy Policy

Effective: October 15, 2021

This Privacy Policy applies to the Loan App: Fast Money Borrowing. It tells you about the services the App provides and lists the information the App collects.

Disclosures

The app operator is not a lender or broker. The App is not making credit and financial decisions but is referring borrowers to lenders. The app forwards information provided by app users to the lender. The lender determines the interest rate, fees, and other terms of their service.

Information Сollected by the App

The App collects information to identify a specific person. The App also contains information in anonymous data, which cannot be linked to a particular person.

Information is collected when users fill out an online application form to request a loan or ask questions on the App. This data includes name, address, phone number, SSN, email, date of birth, driver's license number, citizenship status, job information, amount and frequency of wages, homeownership, and bank account information.

Information that is not personally identifiable is collected either by third-party tracking systems or through "cookies" — IP address, browser, when the user used the Application, the language selected, information about links clicked, and sections visited.

Cookies are information that the site sends to the user's device to remember them without identification when they visit the site.

The App may share non-personally identifiable information with third parties to analyze statistics and trends.

Lenders and advertising partners are allowed to display their ads on the App. These parties may use cookies and other technologies to collect information about interactions with advertisements. The App does not provide PII to these third parties.

How the App Uses Personally Identifiable Information

The App collects the information to provide the requested services. The data that the user self-reports on the Application is sent to participating online lenders. The information is used to resolve disputes, determine who is to blame for the problem, and ensure that all accepted rules are followed.

When providing personal data, the user is aware that the information can be transmitted to third parties (within the limits of the applicable law), including credit service providers with whom the App is affiliated.

The information is used to personalize marketing and advertising services better. App has the right to share, sell, or otherwise disclose information about users.

The application operator has no access to the data provided by the user in the Application. Loan applications that users make are sent directly to the lender.

By submitting PII, users authorize the lender to contact them regarding the loan application. The applicant cannot file claims that relate to these contacts with the FTC and other agencies.

Sharing of Personally Identifiable Information

Third parties provide the services offered by the App. The application uses the information provided to improve the quality of service by passing it on to outside companies. The App may also share personally identifiable information with participating lenders, affiliates, and successors as deemed necessary.

The third parties have their privacy policies that describe how personal information is used and disclosed.

The App discloses PII in response to a court order. The App also responds to law enforcement and other government agencies; to establish or exercise legal rights.

PII will be disclosed if necessary as part of an investigation of illegal activity, suspected fraudulent schemes, or other wrongdoing; to protect the rights, property, or safety of the company, employees, site users, or others; to enforce Terms and Conditions or other agreements or policies.

Opt-Out

When users give their PII, they opt-out; when third parties contact users, they may opt-out of further communications.

Other Sources

The Application may link or redirect users to external web resources of affiliate lenders that do not operate under this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review the terms of use and the privacy policies of the partner lenders whose services you plan to use because the App has no control over them.

Changes

Any of the clauses in this Agreement Policy are subject to revision without notice.

Privacy for Children

No one under the age of 18 may use the App. The App does not collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

Security

The App uses security technology to protect user data from unauthorized access. When the Application is sent to lenders, it is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

California Residents' Privacy Rights
